Frequently Asked Questions

How many bottles should we order?

On average an estimate of 1 litre per person per day. Hotter months may increase this average to 1.5 litres per person per day.

If we have a current contract with another water provider, how do we switch to Olinda Spring Water?

We can provide you with a free dispenser for the period of your existing contract so that you can make the change without it costing you extra. Take up our price match guarantee on our spring water and start saving today.

We are setting up our office, what is the process of ordering spring water?

Firstly choose a water dispenser from our product range. Our water dispensers can either be purchased outright (see our product range, inclusive of 3 year warranty) or rented for $99 per year. Until we establish your consumption pattern, work out how many litres of spring water you would need per week based on 1 litre per employee per day, especially if you are making tea/ coffee from the spring water. We are available to personalise deliveries as necessary.

We don’t have a lot of storage for the 15 litre bottles, what would you suggest?

We can suggest the three or six bottle rack to help with storage, or we can deliver more regularly.

We currently have filtered water at work, is this the same quality as your spring water?

Different filters remove different amounts of impurities. Very few will remove fluoride and depending on the quality of the filter, they will remove only a percentage of the contaminants. Most domestic filtration systems will not produce the same quality water as Olinda Spring Water.

Where should we situate the water dispenser?

The office water cooler should be kept out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can encourage algae growth. If this is not possible, we do offer a water bottle cover to block the sun and keep the water bottle safe.

What are Olinda Spring Water's payment terms?

Our usual terms are 14 days however we can work in with your business’ payment cycle. We invoice electronically and immediately after delivery.
