Most spring water that is delivered in Melbourne is sourced 100-200km away,then trucked to the Bottling Plant, bottled and delivered around Melbourne or country Victoria.

 

However because of our close proximity to Melbourne, Olinda Springs has by far the lowest WATER KILOMETRES in the Industry, in delivering spring water from the source to our customer.

  

PET Verses Polycarbonate

Our bottles are reused constantly over 5 years and on average each bottle would deliver over 900 litres of water during its lifetime before being recycled.

 

Unlike most companies in this industry who use polycarbonate bottles, which at present need to be shipped overseas for recycling, we use exclusively PET bottles which are 100% recycled in Australia.

  

Spring Water Source

Most of the spring water used for bottling in Melbourne is sourced from North and West of Melbourne in areas that are being monitored for heavy use of ground water.

 

Our spring water source in the Dandenong Ranges does not fall under any Ground Water Management Areas currently established to monitor over use of groundwater.
